Lend a Hand -- Together We Can Make a Difference
Volunteer opportunities abound in the Department of Parks and Recreation. You can volunteer to assist at fun special events like Family Skate Night and Arlington Palooza, help individuals with disabilities learn to swim, help to remove invasive plants from our parks, and much more.

Children and adults of all ages and abilities will enjoy a day full of live music, art, games, moon bounces and more. Volunteers will assist with setup and leading activity stations from 12-4:30 p.m. on Sat., April 13. Register to volunteer here: Arlington Palooza.
- Families Unplugged
Families Unplugged is a bi-monthly Saturday morning program for parents and children with various, fun themes. Volunteers are needed to welcome guests, assist families with activities, games and crafts, and help with set-up and clean-up before and after events. Volunteers will work from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Arlington Mill Community Center.
