Gymnastics classes are part of the Enjoy Arlington program and are available year round at the newly renovated Barcroft Sport and Fitness Center. The program includes classes for parent and child, toddler, youth, teen, adult, and adapted classes. For more information on these classes please view our class catalog and view information below.

Quick Reference Guide for Class Offerings
Gymnastics Teams are offered and administered by Arlington County Department of Parks and Recreation at the Barcroft Sport and Fitness Center. Coaches and staff of the program are employees of the Department of Parks and Recreation. The teams compete during the regular season and hold open tryouts in the spring each year. The links below take you to the team websites which are managed by the parent organizations.
Interested in participating?
Free and open tryouts for the team are typically held in September for the current school year. Please check back on the 2020-2021 season for tryout information.
The team includes girls pre-team and USA Gymnastics Junior Olympic compulsory levels 3 through 5 and optional levels 6 through 10, as well as a USA Gymnastics Xcel team levels Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond.
The team includes boys pre-team and USA Gymnastics compulsory levels 4-7, optional levels 8-10 and an Xcel team.
