Gymnastics classes are part of the Enjoy Arlington program and are available year round at the newly renovated Barcroft Sport and Fitness Center. Gymnastics Teams are offered and administered by Arlington County Department of Parks and Recreation at the Barcroft Sport and Fitness Center. Coaches and staff of the program are employees of the Department of Parks and Recreation. The teams compete during the regular season and hold open tryouts in the spring each year. The links below take you to the team websites which are managed by the parent organizations.

Free and open tryouts for the team start Saturday March 28, 2020. Please review the Arlington Gymnastics 2020 Open Try-Outs information sheet on how to sign up to try-out for either the Aerials or Tigers.
The team includes girls USA Gymnastics Junior Olympic compulsory levels 3 through 5 and optional levels 6 through 10, as well as a USA Gymnastics Xcel team levels Gold, Platinum and Diamond.
The team includes boys USA Gymnastics Junior Olympics Basic Skills Achievement Program for levels 1 through 3 called Tiger Cubs. Also includes Tigers compulsory and optional levels 4 and up.
