Teens Work Out for Less
Arlington teens 13-17 years of age pay a one-time fee of $10 (out-of-county residents $20) that covers their membership fee and allows them access to all fitness centers in the county until their 18th birthday.
Teen Fitness Concept
Eligible Teens will be engaged in an hour long interactive training session with Department of Parks and Recreation Teen Program Staff. During this training, teens will learn about Fitness Center Rules and Arlington County’s Code of Conduct, how to safely use fitness center equipment all while incorporating the Teen Fitness Motto “Light Weight, More REPS.”
How Does It Work? Teens must attend an hour long interactive training session with teen program staff to receive their membership card, allowing them access to any of Arlington County’s fitness locations.

Power of Wellness Camp
Power of Wellness empowers teens to be their best selves through fun and engaging activities such as cooking competitions, creative projects, field trips, games and movement. The camp incorporates small group and large group activities. Teens will wow family and friends with their new life skills. Don’t miss this chance for a holistic approach to wellness! Ages 11-15. Arlington County provides nutrition and wellness programming periodically through our after-school programs. These programs give teens the opportunity to learn more about farmers markets, food factories, and healthy cooking and baking through group activities and projects.
