Families. It’s the sweetest time of year! The sap is running and the maple trees are ready to tap! Join us to learn about the traditional practice of maple sugaring (turning sap into syrup) and what you need to get started at home. We’ll also spend a little time learning how to distinguish a maple tree from all the others in the forest! For information: 703-228-3403. Meet at Gulf Branch Nature Center. Registration Required: Resident registration begins at 8:00am on 10/13/2020. Non-resident registration begins at 8:00am on 10/14/2020.
